Carrie has been in the health care industry for over twenty years. She is a certified leadership coach and has worked with clients from many types of organizations including non-profits, government agencies, start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, she has served as a formation coach for a large, Catholic healthcare company in the Midwest.
Carrie earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan, holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina and completed an Internship in Ignatian Spirituality at the Manresa Jesuit Retreat Center in Bloomfield Hills, MI. She recently earned a Master of Arts in Health Care Mission Leadership program at Loyola University Chicago and is a member of Alpha Sigma Nu.

Brooke is Director of Magis: Alumni Committed for Mission at Seattle University. She has worked in program development in a variety of non-profit settings. Prior to returning to Seattle in July 2006, Brooke and her husband James served for two years as Peace Corps volunteers in the Dominican Republic, where she worked in positive youth development and provided technical support and training to teachers. Brooke also served for two years in the Jesuit Volunteer Corps (JVC) in both East Los Angeles and Seattle. She has a B.A. in Spanish and Liberal Studies from Seattle University (1999) and a Masters in Social Work with a macro concentration in Program Planning & Development, Management, and Community Organization from Boston University (2003).
