Meet Tom Auffenberg!
Regional Coordinator – St. Louis, Missouri
Tom is our inaugural Regional Coordinator in St. Louis. Tom is involved with the Ignatian Volunteer Corps in St. Louis, is a long-time board member of Loyola Academy ( the Jesuit nativity school in St. Louis), and serves on the Mission & Identity committee at St. Louis University High School. He is also a founding board member of the L’Arche community in St. Louis. Tom remains involved in the business he has owned for 25 years, a print and communications company.
He holds a BA in philosophy from Santa Clara University, a law degree from St. Louis University, an MA in theology and a certificate in spiritual direction from Aquinas Institute. Tom taught at two Jesuit high schools immediately after graduating from college: Jesuit High in Sacramento, CA, and DeSmet Jesuit High School in St. Louis. Tom has been married to his wife, Dale, for thirty-five years and has four young adult children.
